ATHLETICA offers coaching services (ongoing guidance and support) and consulting services (strategic advice and planning) to everyone, from those just starting out on their health and fitness journey, to experienced athletes looking for a fresh, evidence-based perspective to take them to the next level. Importantly, because the ATHLETICA coaching philosophy is founded on building health before performance, you don't require any competitive ambitions whatsoever to participate in a ATHLETICA programme.

Nutrition Programme

The strongest structures are always built on solid foundations. Your journey begins with the ATHLETICA Foundation Nutrition Programme - a 4-week bespoke plan designed to help you build a nutritional foundation for ongoing health and athletic development.

What to expect: From the first meeting and assessment, Jamie Scott will work through your health and performance goals, identifying any specific food and nutrition issues to address (energy imbalances, potential nutrient deficiencies, food intolerances, etc), and develop a personalised evidence-based plan to suit your needs and lifestyle.

This programme helps you recalibrate your daily nutrition practices through a simple, strategic, and fully supported process. With an emphasis on sustained energy and deep nourishment, it begins building the solid foundation needed for long-term health and performance development.

He will work alongside you throughout the 4-week programme, providing high-level support during the most critical time when new structures, systems, practices and habits are being established, troubleshooting any issues, and adapting the plan as required.

  • Payment: Paid in full upfront OR approved payment plan

  • Currency: Non-EU clients will be invoiced in their local currency at current exchange rates

What comes next: Upon successful completion, ongoing nutrition coaching and training programmes become available.*

Application process: Application required. Coaching spots are limited and subject to capacity. Applications made within 12 weeks of specific races or events are unlikely to be accepted.

*If you already work with a qualified nutrition professional, you can opt out of starting with the Foundation Nutrition Programme and begin directly with an Integrated Strength and Conditioning Programme.

The Training Pathway

Sustainable performance development requires both proper nutrition and intelligent training. The ATHLETICA Foundation Nutrition Programme establishes the metabolic and recovery foundation necessary for training adaptation. Only once this foundation is in place does adding structured strength and conditioning make sense.

Upon successful completion of the Foundation Nutrition Programme, you can progress to an ATHLETICA Integrated Strength + Conditioning Programme while continuing with ongoing nutrition coaching support.

+ Conditioning Programmes

Building on your nutritional foundation, the ATHLETICA Integrated Strength + Conditioning Programme develops the physical capacity and athleticism needed for sustainable health and performance across any sport or activity.

ATHLETICA specialises in developing general physical preparedness - the broad base of movement quality, strength, power, and endurance, that underpins technical mastery in any discipline. This is training that builds robust, capable human beings, not athletes specialised for a single narrow skill.

The approach focuses on fundamental movement patterns, progressive overload, and intelligent programming that develops comprehensive physical capacity. Think of it as building the engine and chassis before fine-tuning for a specific race.

This programme is for you if you want:

  • Evidence-based strength and conditioning for long-term development

  • Programmes that build genuine physical capacity across multiple qualities

  • Training that complements your sport-specific work

  • Intelligent progression that develops strength, power, and conditioning without breaking you down

  • Professional coaching that adapts to your progress and life circumstances

This programme is not for you if you're looking for:

  • Highly specialised protocols (powerlifting, bodybuilding splits, etc.)

  • Minimal equipment "home workout" routines

  • Body part isolation or aesthetic-focused training

  • Quick fixes or shortcut programmes

If you have access to proper training equipment and want to develop genuine athleticism and physical capacity, an ATHLETICA designed programme will get you there.

Programme Details:

  • Commitment: 3 months (minimum)

  • Fee: €300

  • Payment: Paid in full upfront OR approved payment plan

  • Currency: Non-EU clients will be invoiced in their local currency at current exchange rates

Prerequisites: Completion of ATHLETICA Foundation Nutrition Programme, or currently working with a qualified nutrition professional. You can opt to begin with Integrated Strength + Conditioning without first completing the Foundation Nutrition Programme (subject to a €200 onboarding fee).

Application required: Training spots are limited and subject to coaching capacity and individual suitability for the programme offered.

Important: Applications for training programmes alone without nutrition support will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted.

Ongoing Support: After your initial 3-month strength and conditioning block, coaching continues on a monthly rolling basis, with programmes updated based on your progress and goals.

Individual Consultations

For those seeking professional guidance on specific nutrition or training questions without committing to ongoing coaching, individual consultations provide focused assessment and direction.

Consultations do not include ongoing support or programme development. They provide professional assessment of your situation and clear recommendations that you can implement independently or with your existing support team.

This option is for individuals who:

  • Have specific questions requiring professional expertise

  • Are comfortable implementing recommendations independently

  • Already have support systems in place

  • Understand that lasting change typically requires ongoing coaching

Fees:

  • Initial Consultation: €200 (90 minutes)

  • Follow-up Consultation: €125 (45 minutes)

(Follow-ups limited to within 3 months of initial consultation and are for clarification or progress review only, not ongoing coaching)

Currency: Non-EU clients will be invoiced in their local currency at current exchange rates

Application required: Consultation availability is subject to coaching capacity.
